Hosted in rotating West African countries, WAOC underscores the region’s commitment to environmental stewardship, food security, and organic market expansion. Through presentations, workshops, and networking sessions, attendees explore innovations in organic farming and sustainable practices to strengthen the region's agricultural landscape.

The West African Organic Conference (WAOC) is held every two years in one of the countries in the sub-region. So far, Nigeria, Benin, Mali, Ghana, Burkina-Faso, Rwanda etc have hosted it.
